Who We Are
My name is Michael Henry. I am the driving force behind the sourcing and buying of properties on the Northern Beaches. I have been buying and selling properties for 30 years internationally and currently hold properties in Australia, the USA and Scandinavia. My wife Anna Henry is one of the most sought after designers on the Northern Beaches having successfully submitted over 200 sets of plans to council for Development Applications. Anna’s design achievements have graced magazine covers and feature articles for over 2 decades on the Beaches. Together we have renovated, built and advised on dozens of projects in the area. We have expert knowledge of what to look for in a worthwhile property purchase.
I have first-hand experience in property transactions including: purchasing in Self-Managed Super Funds, Strata owned properties, new Builds and Secondary Dwelling applications. I have owned and managed investment properties that are commercial and residential and have also flicked properties to take advantage of the market and be poised for the next market cycle.

When not building or buying you will find me entrenched in enjoying the Beaches. I am an addicted ocean sports lover, with a passion for Kitesurfing, Foilboarding, paddling and boating. I also am a keen snowboarder and mountain biker always looking for the next adventure. I am a qualified Life Coach, Personal Trainer and owned a publishing business for 15 years in the Fitness Media space. (My titles included magazines such as Oxygen, Ultra-FIT, Muscle Mag and Clean Eating).
